Batisec
Batisec is a French manufacturer of construction site protections (fences, barriers, etc.), mainly serving the construction industry with major clients like Bouygues, Eiffage, and Vinci. Its product range includes everything from classic construction site fences to anti-terrorist solutions. These products were featured at the 2023 Rugby World Cup and the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Founded in 2007, the company has grown rapidly and now serves over 13,000 customers in France and across Europe, with an annual activity volume exceeding 6,000 projects and a turnover of approximately €10 million. Batisec operates two production plants and eight warehouses in France, employing about 50 people. The company is part of the Block’N’Mesh group.
Experiencing rapid growth, Batisec recognized the need for a powerful and scalable CRM to better structure its sales and customer support processes. The company chose the SAP Sales & Service Cloud solution, implemented by Notion Edge.
“To support our growth, we extensively computerized our processes a few years ago,” says David Rose, CEO of Batisec. “We already had a CRM, but it was beginning to show its limits. We needed a new solution that could better structure our processes and facilitate communication between teams.” Added David Rose.
